IntroductionWe would like to introduce you to a new portal which deals with offers for jobs in modelling. Even without registration you may browse photographs and simplified models´ and hostesses´ profiles. By simple registration on our portal you will gain immediate access to a large models´ and hostesses´ database. The registration account is really very easy and quick to create.
After successful registration you may browse active models, filter the display criteria, create events and collectively address the models you require.

First steps for working with the portalAfter successful registration you will get a confirmation email sent to your mail address and you will be automatically registered in the system.
Portal categoriesIn the main bar there are several main categories:
Shows the front page of the portal with the TOP 10 models and informative texts.
Displaying and browsing of published models on the portal. Shows the TOP 10 models. Possibility of models filtration and registered subject may send others e-mails both separately and collectively with job offers.
Management, creation and editing of events (see further)
Here is displayed the time of permitted access. After 3 months of free access you will be advised of other portal usage conditions.
Here you will find important advice, tips and instructions on how to use the portal better.
ModelsThere you may browse the registered models. In the first place there are displayed the TOP 10 models.
In the profiles of particular models you will see the first name, identification number, basic information about figure, domicile (town and country), knowledge of languages, sports, dances and photos.
This information is public and visible to all portal visitors.
Registered subjects will see more information on the models´ profiles. Public data is extended by information about competitions, castings and modelling courses, which these models attended and about contracts with agencies.
TOP 10Shows the TOP 10 models. These are always displayed in the first place on the portal.
TABLE-CARDS displayEach user may switch between two types of display - "TABLE" and "CARDS"
Table - there is displayed a table of models with several columns, which may be edited to your choice, to see all the details you are interested in with the "columns" option.
Cards - displays 6 photographs of models, their first name, identification number and vital statistics.
If you click on the data both in Table and in Card you will switch to a detailed display of a model.
FiltryModels may be filtered on several levels by many criteria:
Searching by identification number or by first name
The filter is extended with complete information about experience (driving licence, photomodeling, modelling, hostessing, etc.), specialities (tattoo, piercing, etc.), address, place of work and type of activity (model, photomodel, etc.)
Maximum possibility of criteria choosing. The filter is extended to age, figure information, evaluation, colour of hair, eyes, knowledge of language, sports and dances ...
When setting the criteria, mainly at higher levels when selecting a lot of them, you can always clean (delete all filled cells) and start from the beginning with the criteria setting.
Work with models (only for registered subjects)
Labelled - FilteredIn the bottom part of the window you will find a control panel with several functions. In the first window you choose between "Labelled" and "Filtered"
Labelled - there you will manually check models with whom you want to do an event. If you have filtered more pages with models, you may edit the number of models displayed on one page, to ensure labelling of all of them. Collectively you may label all those displayed on the page with the green check at the top of the table.
Filtered - this action will be realized with all your filtered criteria
Send message - Assign to event - Export Set-cardsIn the second window you can do the action mentioned above. You have a chance to send a message to labelled/filtered models, assign them to an event and export their set-cards, both basic and normal.
When assigning to the even,t the bar extends with another window, where there will be a list of events. When exporting basic set-cards there will be a small form displayed, where the quality of photos and the set-card background may be set (email, print). When exporting the set-card, the form will extend by other information, which you may want on the set-card (characteristics of model, abilities, figure, etc.)
EventsFor you, as a subject, probably the most important part of the portal.
Here you will find the list of your events, possibilities of creating new ones, the list of sent messages and template management both for events and messages, also for collective email sending with job offers for models and hostesses.
List of eventsHere you will find list of all the events created on the portal. You may search in the according to several filters, with which help you will always find what you are looking for.
Add new eventIn this part of application you may create new event. To ensure successful creation you have to have the following information prepared to enter: Name of the event, venue (country including), your internal order number, type of job (photo, modelling, hostesses, others) and date when the event will take place. You may also add the number of models required and a short description of the event. The event status is pre-set as Active.
This information is for you to have an overview of your orders. On the next part of the page you may work with an event.
You can add a required model, edit photos of an event, edit a chosen event or duplicate it.
Sending an email with offer for modelsAdd new event - Add "participants" of the event - Add new email - Create a text of the message
Participants adding and sending email with offer to modelsAfter the event creation you have the possibility to add models you want to send an offer to. You may do this in the "Event detail" window in the "Add a model" panel. There you can filter models in the same way as in the "Models" section.
There are more ways to assign models to the event
check the first frame in the table of models you require and then, in the bottom bar choose "Labelled" -> "Collectively assign" -> "Submit"
choose "Filtered" -> "Collectively assign" -> "Submit" and the system will assign all models that respond to your filtering criteria
When the models are added you have to make them an offer. Models still do not know anything about the event. All the information you added is still only for your needs.
Labelling models to whom the message will be sentIn the first panel, "Event participants," label the model to whom you want to send the message. The message may be sent either to the labelled or filtered models. By clicking on the green tick in the upper part of the table, you tick all the displayed models. If there are more pages of filtered participants, you may edit the number of displayed models on the page, to ensure the labelling of all of them.
The second option is to use "Filtered" in the bottom panel, by this you will be assured of sending the message to all models who are already in the table.
Add new email - Create a text of the message - Enclose attachmentAfterwards you choose the models in the second field in the bottom bar "Add new email". When you click to submit you will get to the email creation page. There you still can edit recipients.
Primarily you create a text here that will be sent to models in their email.
While creating the email you may use our predefined template which speeds up the process a lot.
You can also enclose attachments to your email (pamphlets, photos, accompanying materials ...). If you are creating a message from the list of the models, without previous event creation, you may mark it "After message creation set up an event" and you will be redirected to a form for event creation. When you click on "Save and Send" the message will be sent to models and saved in the system (Events ->Messages) where you can return to it later.
Ethic rules of correspondenceEmails cannot include unethical or vulgar expressions. The administrator retains the right to monitor the correspondence. If rule breaking is detected the particular subject may be removed from the portal with no claim to return of payment.
Work with eventcancel event assignment (delete them) - export event to pdf - set status of participant (new, addressed, is interested, is not interested, successful in the casting, not successful in the casting, completed task) In the bottom part of the "Event detail" window you will find a control panel. The first window remains the same (labelled/filtered), the second one extended with other functions. You can cancel assignment to event (delete them), export event to pdf (information about event, participating models, etc.) and set the status of participants.
You may choose between "new, addressed, is interested, is not interested, successful on the casting, not successful on the casting, and completed task" status, so you will have a continuous overview about the participants. With the help of particular states you can do further filtration of models you have made offers to.
Model´s evaluationIn this part of the application you can evaluate models internally, according to their cooperation.
When you click to "Edit model" in the column "Options" there will be a simple form above the table, there you can change models’ different states.
You may evaluate "fulfilling conditions of contract, behaviour, punctuality, overall evaluation and description of the evaluation (comment).
MessagesHere you will find the list of all messages sent through the portal. In the messages you can search according to several filters.
Emails cannot include unethical or vulgar expressions. The administrator retains the right to monitor the correspondence. If rule breaking is detected the particular subject may be removed from the portal with no claim to return of payment.
Templates managementHere you can create templates for several types of offer (for castings, for photographing ...) and only changing particular information in the message and simplifying your work this way.
My AccountHere you can edit and update all the details you have entered into the system.

Here you manage email addresses. You can delete, add or edit entered addresses. You always need to have at least one valid email address.
Here you manage your telephone numbers. You can add comments to a specific number (e.g. call only during 9-11 a.m., etc.)
List of Your webpages – e.g. Your company’s webpage
Information about your banking details
Here you manage your ID’s from instant messaging networks (Skype, MSN, ICQ, etc.)
List of company representatives using the portal
List of messages you have sent using our portal. Messages are archived here for easy tracking.
Here you can edit your access information, login or password.
PaymentsHere you work with payments, their details, and print invoices.
Payments and End of AccessThis part shows information about your membership of our portal and how many days are remaining. You can also create a new payment on this page.
After registration, you have 3 months of full functionality for free.
If your credit expires, you will still be able to log in to the portal and all your previous data will be stored (events, etc.), but you will not be able to browse through models and to sent them emails and offers until you renew your membership according to the Price list.
List of PaymentsIn the “List of Payments” part you will see all created payments, whether paid or unpaid. For every payment you see when it was created, whether it is new or already paid and the type of payment. For paid payments you can download invoices, for new payments you can use a direct link to 2CO and pay or delete the specific payment.
Payments can be filtered according to their status (new, paid and rejected) and the date they were created.
Price ListIn this part you will see actual and past prices for the portal services and up to date discount offers.
LanguagesThe main portal languages are English and German. Localization to other global languages is currently being worked on and the languages are to be added in the future. If you do not know any of these languages, you can use the automatic translation by Google under the Languages - “Translate to more languages” tab. However this translation might not be correct, several mistakes might occur and translated items might be displayed badly.
The aim of the PORTAL 4 MODELS is to mediate contact between the model and the agency.
PORTAL 4 MODELS is not responsible for the communication between the subject and the model.
All actions and modification on PORTAL 4 MODELS are very intuitive.
